 The introduction:

HIQ-TVF series tungsten vaccum sintering furnace consists of furnace body, heating room, vacuum system, inflation system, air control system, cooling system and electrical control cabinet , etc.

Furnace body weld by 3mm plate outer and stainledd steel inner, the inner layer polishing . The furnace body have double cooling system. On the furnace body have vacuum hole, electrode hole, temperature measurement hole, inflatable hole, water cooled electrode hole and shaped sealing ring.

The heating room have Silicon-Molybdenum stick element, carbon composite material reflecting screen, stainless steel sheel.The temperature measuring electrode adopts water cooling, low temperature with thermocouple, high temperature by infrared thermometer

Vacuum system use vacuum pump and pipes,valves to pump air.

Inflation system has electromagnetic valves and pipes, use to set different vacuum perss.

The electrical control system have three control areas and have PID control.  It use composite digital vacuum gauge to control vacuum press.
